What Is The Cause Of Death With Blood In The Ears And Foam From The Mouth?
My dear friend died yesterday in his sleep.. He had blood out of his ears and eyes and foam out of his mouth could he have died from a CVA and if it was that did he feel any pain. He was a diabetic type 2 and had a history of kidney problems which I don t know what they are.
Thanks for your query Based on the information provided it is difficult to answer your question. however a medical guess can be made. Spontaneous bleeding from ear so severe to cause death without any predisposing factor like trauma most likely suggest rupture aneurysm bleed-- most likely in intracranial cavity. Another possibility can be a malformation (rupture aneurysm) of blood vessels supplying blood to intracranial cavity . Sometimes these blood vessels passes in close proximity to or through middle ear. Bleeding from these vessels can be life threatening. Another possible guess can be a low platelet count but in that case there will be some history suggesting this as a possibility. Besides this kidney problem may be associated with blood defects however it will be difficult to draw conclusions on this basis. It seems the primary event is rupture of an aneurysm in skull base or intracranial cavity which lead to massive blood loss and cardio respiratory arrest. I hope this answers your query.
