What Is The Cause Of Pain In Neck And Brain,numbness,weight Loss,sleeping Problem And Pressure Around Heart?

hi sir, i am suffering some pain in left side of my neck and brain ,some times i feel numbness in left side of the brain ,weight loss,sleeping problem , around my heart i feel some pressure or gas , i can not respond suddenly if i do it become shivering in my neck and i feel fear , so i searched in internet related symptoms i think i had problem with my vasovagal nervous system ,is it true or some any disease .please answer to my problem and i belongs to INDIA ,HYDERABAD .WHICH DOCTOR WILL SOLVE MY PROBLEM THANK YOU,

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Unless it is examined physically, it is difficult to identify the cause. Generally the causes may be the hypertension, cervical spondylosis, neuritis causing vasovagal shock.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment, to find out the cause,then accordingly you can consult a concerned specialist, like, orthopedic surgeon, or neurologist or cardiologist .
It also may be due to the gastric hyper acidity, so avoid taking spices, junk foods etc.
