hi i m expecing my period date was 3rd feb but till today doctor cant see the crdiac activity my age is 24, female,i easily get ill because of the change in atmosphere,rightnow i m expecting and if i do over work then i get pain in the lower part of tummy

hi welcome to health care magic.see have you ever done sonography?do sonography for to see fetal devlopment.dont do over or vigorous type of work take rest .concern any gynec for that.

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
I hope you mean to say you are pregnant and there is no cardiac activity.
Mainly , you should get tested for urine HCg and blood hcg to confirm the pregnancy.Later Ultrasound done will detect the fetus status.
If there is no cardiac activity of fetus on ultrasound , Doppler can be done.Alternatively , Ultrasound can be repeated in a week and if there is no cardiac activity and see signs of fetal demise , you should go for MTP.
