Hi Dear, Welcome to HCM. Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sores, swelling and redness in nose which bleeds. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like dirt , oil get trapped in the pores resulting in sensitive bumps , rosacea ,eczema , reaction to an allergen such as rubber or resin and exposure to irritating substances like soap and chemicals. Need not to worry. For now apply warm compresses to nose , exfoliate once a week and apply azelaic acid cream after washing face and take steam. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor will examine physically and order skin test for allergy and blood test for infection along with CT scan . Doctor may prescribe anti bacterial like clindamycin along with anti inflammatory . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist in case of sinusitis . Hope your concern has been resolved.
