What Is The Cause Of Stiffness And Pain In Leg?

I went running last night and my leg was wobbly and stiff when i walked on it, So i went to bed thinking their was nothing wrong with it. When i was laying down, my leg bend and it cracked and it really hurt. My upper leg also cracked as long with my knee. It is also doing this today. What is wrong with it?

pain in legs with no past history an sudden onset during an exercise might be some muscle spasm. But to be sure what it is some detailed history with thorough physical examination and complete clinical correlation is advised.take some acetaminophen and skeletal muscle relaxants and i am sure it will go away. if there is swelling or any color change get to an orthopaedic specialist and let them help you with it.
