Hi, I have a swollen lymph node behind my ear and I'm guessing one behind my jaw. I was wondering what could be the cause of this. I thought maybe it could be due to some type of fungal infection I've had for a while on the back of my neck at the beggining of the hairline (neck), or second hand smoke but the second hand smoke is only been inhaled for about two months. Could anyone help me id the problem? Please and thank you.
it is unlikely that second hand smoke will cause a lymph node enlargement.
You maybe having an infection in your scalp or the throat , which is causing the lymph nodes to enlarge. please meet your ent doctor for examination of your throat and further treatment!
