What Is The Cause Of Testicle Pain And Pain When Coughing Or Repositioning Legs?

Hello .... My left testicle is in pain - Hurts to cough, get up or reposition my legs. Very active 58 years of age. No lumps or bleeding of any kind. Our resident pretend doctors said it's a muscle strain but I am more inclined to think hernia. They say that can't be possible without lumps or bumps of which I have none.

Hi...thanks for writing to HCM....it looks like an infection....epididimoorchitis....take course of antibiotics and wear a V-shaped underwear pulled up, to give support to your scrotum. Drink plenty of Fluids....it should resolve...
