Hi im 22 years old.. its 3am woke up because i had feeling that something came up into my throat, i gpt up to drink a glass of water, ad not sre if ts n my ead bt it felt like something moved on its way back down. Ive been having this uncomfortable pain just below my chest, and been to the loo 4-5 times for the day, its not diorrea, and im curretly experiencing hearburn.. please assist

hello. your symptoms are typical of acid reflux and it is advisable that you avoid spicy food, smoking , alcohol and oily food. you should also take light dinner and have a gap of at least 2 hours between your dinner and bed time. please consult a gastroentrologist, he will advice you on the medications. thanks
