What Is The Cause Of Throbbing Pain In The Nose With Headache After A Nose Injury?
I got hit in the nose a week ago with a dodgeball. No bleeding, no obvious fracture or breathing problem. I just still have a throbbing ache that starts at bridge of nose and radiates to under my eyes and around to back of my head. Constant headache. I am wondering if maybe I did fracture something after all.

Hi you have blunt injury over your nose, or may be hair line fracture of nasal bones.
Both conditions will cause oain eith headache.
Get x ray of your nose done to detect fracture.
If fracture is severe then needs correction by your ENT doctor.
For psin your can take pain killers for 3 to 5 days anx see.
If pain persist do consult doctor.
