What Is The Chance Of Getting Pregnant While Having Hypothyroidism?
Hi My Name is Kruthi, I am 24 years now. I was diagnosed we hypothyroidism when i was 12 years. as i was not in a big city then I could not get the correct care and not the problem is still persisting. i got married 1 year back and have gained too much of weight and now I feel very fatigue and heavy. Could anyone tell me is there any good doctor or medical institute who can give me best solution for this case and also suggest me is there and chance for me to conceive. I am currently staying in Bangalore

You have hypothyroidism and your weight gain and fatigue is due to hypothyroidism. You should check your T3, T4 and TSH level and adjust the dosage of thyroxine accordingly.
Thyroid abnormality can leads to some problem in fertility but it is not a big need to worry. You can get pregnant with thyroid disease. So don't worry much about that. Just take treatment of your thyroid abnormality.
