What Is The Common Cause Of Female Infertility?

hi docter i have married before 9months but my wife in not pregnant till date..usg is done& reports shows that (rt overy shows 12-14mm follicles & lt overy shows no follicles ) .uterus is normal & endometrium in normal thickness.....imp:( lt overy no follicles). ....sir what can i do?

Her left ovary is not functioning normally as per the reports. But still you can try for some more period with a follow up follicular scan. If it doesn't happen, you can go for IUI or IVF procedure.
