What Is The Cure For Excessive Flatulence, Acidity And Feeling Of Passing Stools Post Food ?
I am suffering from stomach related issues for the last 8 to 10 years. I suffer from excessive flatulence , gas & acidity. I feel like going to toilet normally after lunch. Sometimes I have to go to toilet almost once or twice a month even though I feel that I have cleared my stomach in the morning. I am little nervous person also, every time I go out I feel like clearing my stomach before I leave. Sometimes there is burning sensation in stomach area. My morning stool is very soft & acidic in nature. I cannot eat chilly food.

Going to toilet twice a day is normal
Do's and Dont's for you
Get up nearly in the morning and do regular exercises for at least 45 minutes.
Avoid spicy and chilly food
Take more of fresh fruits and green vegetables
Take plenty of water
Avoid alcohol and smoking
Take small and frequent meals
Do yoga and pranayama
Get an ultrasound abdomen done along with blood sugar,liver function tests and lipid profile.

stomach issues are mostly food related.In your question itself you have given two important issues.1 you are a nervous person,2. you cannot eat chilly , I am adding two things more which can cause problems to your stomach and rest of your intestines. 3. spicy,oily,fried items 4.you have to have your food in time.
so if you want to have a comfortable ,problem less stomach and intestine you have to care those important organs by avoiding spicy,oily,fried food.have your food before you feel that you r hungry.sleep well at night,reduce your tension,
If you are suffering from this problem for many years do not hesitate to undergo upper GI endoscopy. A good doctor or good medicine cannot cure your problem.you have to analyse urself and modify your food habits and lifestyle

i think you are suffering from amebic dysentery, take treatment for that.keep your bowel habit regular by taking more fiber ,avoid sour, bitter and fried food
