What Is The Cure For Having Dizziness, Sinus Infection And Pressure In Ears?

I have severe dizziness. It wakes me up during the night. This has occurred for the last 2 nights. I have had a severe sinus infection since March, taking antibiotics during this whole time. As of now I have been off meds since October and been feeling great. Yesterday my sinuses started to hurt again and I feel pressure in both ears, mostly the left ear. I know that it is from fluid on the ear or infection. The dizziness has never woke me up at night before so I am concerned. Any suggestions for me?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
If I would be your doctor then I would ask for ENT opinion this could be a vertigo and the underlying cause could be the less blood supply to tympanic membrane or irritation of concern nerve due to inflammatory changes because of viral infection, the right line of treatment gives excellent result, for a conservative basis you can try Cinnarizine one tab. three time in day, have nice day
