my name is shyam kumar b , age -32 , gender - male, recently i checked thyroid profile, details are Serum T3 1.0 ng/ml 0.8 - 2.3 Serum T4 8.0 ug/dl 4.8-12.0 Serum T.S.H. 7.0 mcIU/ml 0.35-5.5 is it will be cured, am suffering with slight throat pain
Hi, since you are suffering from high serumTSH with normal T3& T4, you might be having subclinical hypothyroidism . You need to be evaluated for presence of any signs and symptoms off thyroid disease ans started on thyroxine replacement accordingly.So there is no need to worry .Hope it helps.
