What Is The Cure For Pain In Right Side Of Abdomen And Constipation?
I am 56 years, vegetarian, non-alcoholic though smoke 5-6 stick a day. For the last couple of months I am feeling light pain in the right side of the abdomen. At times, I feel shooting pain on the back side of right side of abdomen. Besides, I also suffers from constipation. Pl advise.

Hi,the most likely cause for right upper abdominal pain are gallstones or right kidney calculi/ stone. Try taking some antispasmodics, in case there is no relief if pain then you might need a ultrasound imaging. For your constipation , try taking lots of fluids & high fiber diet. in case there is no relief try taking bulk forming laxatives. Hope it helps.
