What Is The Cure For Red Puss Filled Bumps On Legs?

Hi, I'm 18 years old and have had red puss filled bumps on my legs. They vary in size but usually get no bigger then a quarter. They are very sore and anything rubbing up against or touching them really irritates the skin. About 3 and a half weeks before starting to get them I had a pedicure, could I have gotten them from that?

Hi,Dear.Welcome to HCM.
Yes there are possibility of getting these from waxing or manicure.This Condition is called FOLLICULITIS.You should wash your skin with an antibacterial soap and supposed to stop any form of hair removal for 3 months to allow plenty of time for healing.Take Tab.MINOCIN 100mg twice a day for 3 weeks and Apply antiseptic lotion BENZACLIN to the affected area.Also avoid taking bath in hot water tub.
