What Is The Cure For Severe Itching All Over The Body?
My husband has severe itching. Was 1st diagnosed with shingles then scabies and then dry skin. They gave him several creams and nothing has worked. He is constantly scratching and has scarred his body really bad. He even looses sleep over his severe itching. Right now he is temporarily out of work and can not afford medical. What can we try that is over the counter. Please help.

We have to assess the problem clearly since he has been previously diagnosed with 3 different conditions. I advice you to take few test: Skin scraping test to rule out scabies, liver function test, Serum IgE I advice him to take Tab.cetirizine hydrochloride daily once at night for 5 days Apply Dermocalm lotion (calamine) in the affected area for temporary relief from itching. Consult a dermatologist with the test reports for confirmatory diagnosis and further management.
