What Is The Diet Recommended For Primary Biliary Cirrhosis?

I have Primary Biliary Cirrhosis there any advice you can give me regarding a healthy diet? I am 65yr old woman and about 20 lbs overweight and want to loose this 20 lbs sensibly. I already know not to use alcohol. But what about meats, proteins, fats, cheeses, salt, teas, etc?

you have to restrict fat in your diet.you should eat everything boiled/steamed.Use only simyl mct oil -2-3 tsp/day (this has to be added over food and not heated).totally cut off organ meats,include lean meats in moderation,fat free milk and yoghurt,egg whites.Include fruits like papaya,citrus fruits,green leafy vegetables,sprouted wheat,whole cereals and sprouts in your diet,green tea (2-3 cups/day with honey or sugar).
