What Is The Difference Between Dexilant And Zegerid?

Yes what is the difference between dexilant and zegerid? My doctor just switched me to dexilant. I have been having some severe regurgitation issues and will be having another endoscopy in a week to see if something has changed. My last endoscopy was about three years ago. I have had a long-term diagnosis of GERD and also a small hiatal hernia was found in previous endoscopy.

I really appreciate your concern, but the drugs control the acid secretion PPI action only difference is zegerid contain sodium bicarbonate else both have same mode of action hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
