Dear thanks for query.Andrologist a doctor who deals with hormonal problems.Sexologist may be a psychiatrist or some medical doctor.If you have problem related to hormonal deficiency you should consult andrologist.If you have problems related to sexual act it self then sexologist are better.But a word of caution you can easily verify degree of an andrologist but there are many so called quack sexologist without any degree or with some mysterious degree.So it better to ask your doctor about local situation he will guide you properly.
