What Is The Difference Between Tendinitis And Gout?
What is the difference between tendinitis and gout? I have a history of gout, usually on base of big toe. This afternoon I just began to have pain and inflammation on top of my right foot-ankle. My primary physician has prescribed me indometachin for any joint pain. However, I am far away from my hometown where my physician practices. I still have 10-day supply of indometachin and already took one with meal this evening. Thank you. I am considering of visiting a local clinic tomorrow and call my physician on Monday next week.
Gout is an illness that is characterized by pain in the joints as a result of the deposition of uric acid crystals. Tendinitis is a condition in which one or more tendons of the body become inflamed often due to an injury or repetitive motion. You can use indomethacin during these days. It helps reduce inflammation and pain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
