What Is The Dosage For Artigsic Suspension For Fever And Should I Change Medicine To Crocin?

My daughter is suffering from fever since today. I have used artigesic suspension 5ml dosage every 6 hours and still now I have given her 2 doses but her temperature is now 102.7 so is it's safe to continu and her weight is 12kg and 2.5 year. How Many dosage used if it is safe or use crocin suspension ds.

you can give her 160mg/5ml of crocin every 4 hours for fever for her weight give it to her only as needed for the fever
