What Is The Gestation Sac Shown In Scan Result?
i was pregnent with 10w 5 days. i was miscarriage. my urtrasound show a single gestation sac without fetal pole 6 mm in size is seen in the gravid uterus and a hypoechoic mass 3.5 mm in size is seen inits posterior wall. can i become pregnant again.?

Probably you are suffering from missed abortion.Fetal pole should have been visualized by this time.
Hypoechoic mass measuring 3.5 mm may be due to fibroid uterus.Generally normal pregnancy is possible with fibroid uterus.Fibroid is small in size and it can be managed conservatively.
If there is problem then myomectomy can be done.
