Dear madam i can understand your concern The ideal blood glucose level is before food 100-120 mg/dl and after food 140-160 mg/dl the good diabetes control can also be best estimated by test called Glycated haemoglobin Hba1C% this test tells you average sugar for three months and do not show much variation.the best is below 7% for a good control. check for hba1c and speak with your treating doctor regarding dose changes. daily exercise for 45 mins and strict low calorie diet are very important in diabetes Hope I was able to help you.
