Hello and welcome to HCM, The blood report shows that you are suffering from anemia. You have low hemoglobin levels. The red cell indices i.e. mean corpuscular volume and hematocrit both are low. This suggests microcytic anemia. Microcytic anemia is characterized by small sized red blood cells. Microcytic RBCs are seen in iron deficiency anemia. Iron deficiency anemia is common during pregnancy. You need to take iron folic acid supplements under supervision of your obstetrician. A high total leucocyte count is seen in cases of infections. Consult your doctor to look for any evidence of infection.
