Hi,

I have gone through your query.

Based on the semen analysis report following are the findings

Volume, morphology, progression, sperm count are with in normal range

Ph is 8.0 though with in the range it is near the upper limit ( Noraml range is 7.1 to 8.1 according to laboratory but according to WHO the normal range is 7.2-7.8). Taking in to account the WHO ranges i would say it is high and it is suggestive of infection.

Coming to pus cells they are 2-4 ( normal rnage is 0-1). This also suggests infection.

Finally i would say that you might well be having some infection. Do not worry. It is not serious it may well be a small infection. Taking antibiotics like Doxycycline or cephalosporins can help you ward off this infection. I advice you to please consult an andrologist and take his opinion regarding treatment.

Wish you a healthy life

Take Care
