Hello dear,i understand your concern.In my opinion the spotting in pregnancy can be due to miscarriage due to thyroid abnormalities,progesterone insufficiency,excess physical strain, cervical bleeding,ectopic pregnancy etc.A few experience implantation bleeding around the expected date of period. I suggest you to get thyroid profile and ultrasound preferably transvaginal ultrasound done to rule out any abnormality.Avoid physical strain and intercourse.Take adequate rest.Dont worry with apt treatment it will subside.
