What Is The Large Itchy Blister On My Sole?

Hi there, I noticed a couple of days ago what felt like a insect bite on the bottom of my foot. It now looks like a large blood blister, is very itchy and has caused swelling. It's painful at times to stand on aswell. Do you know what it is or what has caused it?
