my sister has stage 4 cancer of her breast, and has spread to her lungs and liver. She has a presistant cough and mucas. She seems normal except for her cough.

Hello.That is difficult situations.No one can say for how long she can stay a life.But for sure at this points important is her quality of life's.Chemo and radiotherapy may help or not.But for shure you have to discuss with your doctor and make the right decision.Best wishes
