What Is The Long Term Prognosis Of Having Too Much Paracetamol?

Aproxmatly 26g of paracetamol taken staggerd over 4 hours . Hospital addmition after 10 hours of tables first being taken. On 5th 16 hour treatment of antidote. Bloods still showing over 2000 when should be between 0 and 40 not sure what the're mesuring. Has now been moved to surgical ward . Any idea what the long term prognosis would be?

Only thing you have to take care for it is the acid base balance of the body. Taking care of balance will almost cure you. Paracetamol overdosing is the safest amongst all the drug overdose.
