What Is The Loud And Painful Bubbling In My Stomach Causing Bloating And Foul Gas?

Hi,
I've been having some very loud and painful bubbling in my stomach. It doesn't seem to matter what it is that I eat or drink it is still the same. It has also caused some very foul gas and some very painful frequent diaherra. I've tried to stay away from dairy, lots of sugar and sugar substitutes. It has also caused some bad bloating. please I need some help on how to help this. Thank you

Hello & Welcome to H C M,

I had gone through the case and and found that you need to go for endoscopy to know the esophagus and stomach lining.

Also go for blood and stool test with colonoscopy.

It might be-

Gastritis.

Gastric and duodenal ulcer.

Irritable bowel syndrome.

Crohn's or Ulcerative colitis.

Coelic disease.

Lactogen intolerance.

So do for proper test and take treatment according to it.

Meanwhile take Antacid and Anti Diarrhea medicine with probiotic.
