this question is about my grandma who is 90 with high blood pressure but now her bp is running low 88\44 she is about 5 ft 5 and weighs about 120 she also has sugar problems which I monitor daily how low is to low of blood pressure she still lives on her own, My question is should someone be staying with her , she says she is not dizzy , just always tired
Normal systolic blood pressure is between 100 to 140. And diastolic blood pressure is 60 to 90..you grand pa has blood pressure 87 systolic and 44 diastolic which is much lower than normal so you sholud consult doctor and change medication for high blood pressure acordingly as low blood pressure might be due to medication.. even though your grandpa doesnt have any symptoms take him to doctor for checkup.as low blood pressur may also leeds to complication..
