Normal systolic blood pressure is between 100 to 140. And diastolic blood pressure is 60 to 90..you grand pa has blood pressure 87 systolic and 44 diastolic which is much lower than normal so you sholud consult doctor and change medication for high blood pressure acordingly as low blood pressure might be due to medication.. even though your grandpa doesnt have any symptoms take him to doctor for checkup.as low blood pressur may also leeds to complication..
