What Is The Marble Like, Hard And Unmovable Knot On The Back Of My Head?

I have a knot on the right side of the back of my head between my ear and the base of neck. It is about the size of a marble, hard and unmovable. There is no pain on the knot. I have had a horrible headache, break into hot flashes and very tired. I am a healthy 33 year old woman. I am 5 '2 and weigh about 125. Work out on a fairly regular basis. Should I be concerned. I have also had ductile carcinoma in my right breast when I was 27.

The knot you have narrated is firm and not mobile. It is tobe seen whether it is lymph node, that todrained from breast? To confirm it is metastatc or not, biopsy or aspration biopsy has tobedone. after getting the result course of treatment can be decided.
