What Is The Meaning Of The HSG Test?

hi i recently went for an HSG test and i got the following results
The left fallopian tube was visualised but with no appreciable peritoneal spill of contrast medium.However, there was venous intravasation of contrast medium. This suggests pid.
The right fallopian tube appears patent with free peritoneal spill of contrast medium
What does this mean?

Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports,Left Fallopian tube is blocked.There is no free spillage of contrast in peritoneal cavity. However there is drainage through venous system.It may be due to pelvic inflammatory disease.

Right Fallopian tube is patent and there is free spillage of contrast in peritoneal cavity.
