What Is The Meaning Of The Pelvic Examination Report?
im 23 years old done pelvic examination yesterday, it shows that the uterus is anteverted and normal in size, measuring 5.3 x 4.0 x 3.6 cm. it has a homogenous echopattern. No mass is noted. The endometrium is intact and smooth, measures 1.5cm. The cervix is intact and measure 2.5 x 1.7 x1.8cm. long and closed without funneling. the right ovary is normal in size and echotexture and measures 2.9 x 2.1 x 2.0cm. the left ovary is normal in size and measures 3.0 x 2.2 x 1.9 cm. No masses are noted in both adnexal regions. No fluid is seen in the posterior cul-de-sac. What does it mean ?
According to the USG reports,you have absolutely normal findings. Uterus is normal in size and echo texture. Endometrail thickness varies with the stage of menstrual cycle. Cervical length is also normal. Both ovaries are normal in size. NO e/o free fluid in POD. Both adnexa appears normal. Hope i have answered your query.
