what this mean? l3-4 disc space level demonatrates a small left paracentral herniated disc protrusion with annular tear measuring 2x4mm in size,which mildly indents the thercal sac also annular tears are suggestive of an active inflammatory process/and aggravated by the reported injury and has been implicated in creating radicular typesymptomatology and/or focal pain. (2.) l5-s1 disc space level demonstrates a bulging disc,which does indent the epidural fat but does not indent thecal sac.

The over all reports are suggestive of lumber spine pathology, the degenerative disease of vertebrae is there it has been moved from its original place, and disturbed the surrounding structure and vertebrae no are 3 ,4 in lower side it is 5 downward it is 1 in my opinion this has to correlated with the clinical condition this is the most important part of this case,, have nice time.
