What Is The Meaning Of The Urine Test Result?

Below is the result of the urine test conducted on my 3yrs old son, please help me to understand..What does it mean?
Color-yellow
Tranparency-hazy
Reaction-acidic
Specific gravity-1.030
Rbc-12-15/hpf
Pus cells-2-5/hpf
Albumin-negative
Sugar-neagative
Crystals-a.urates: +1
Epithelial cells:+1

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your son is suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
This is indicated by the presence of hazy colour of urine,RBC,epithelial & pus cells etc.
He need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen.Further investigations can be done if needed.
Ultrasound of abdomen can detect other associated pathology.
At present he need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
