Hi,
1. Endometrium is mildly thickened at 8.5mm: Upto 10 mm endometrial thickness may be considered normal for your age depending on the time of your cycles.
2. Uterine myometrium is homogeneous: Perfectly normal finding.
3. No focal lesion in myometrium: A normal finding that excludes problem within the myometrium (wall of uterus).
4. Cervical region: No abnormality means normal findings.
5. uterus measures 8.95 x 5.03 x 3.81 cm: Within normal rancge of measurements.
Final interpretation: There may be mild endometrial thickening due to hormonal or cyclic changes in your body. You have not mentions reason for undergoing ultrasound. However this can always be a normal finding in most cases.
