Hello! Thank you for the query. Your symptoms can be caused by acute pancreatitis, gallstones with gallbladder inflammation or urinary tract stones/infection. All this conditions need medical attention and you should not wait any longer. Acute pancreatitis gives also hard and very painful abdomen, vomiting after every food. Gallstones pain I located in the upper right abdomen. Urine can get dark and stool white in case of gallstones and bile ducts obstruction. Urinary tract stones/infection can give sharp back pain along with abdominal pain, frequent urinating, burning while urinating.
