I am female 184 lbs and 5 0 height, I am 24 years old I am an anxious person, constantly worried about my health and its condition. I fear passing out. I have lost weight I was once 216 to 199 to 195 finally to 184 I was wondering what is the normal blood pressure for my weight and height? I eat foods mainly that are spinach, beans, bananas , oranges, cabbage, broccoli, oatmeal, and teas like Passion Tea, and Chamomile Tea. I march in one place for 30 mins to keep my body healthy, and stretch. I appreciate any advice.
