Hi, thanks for using HCM.
Normal bowel sounds can echo through the abdomen much like the sounds heard from water pipes. Need to hear for minimum 5 min in one place.
First symptom of pulmonary embolism depends on size of embolus and extent of ischemia. sudden breathlessness, chest pain otherwise in a normal peson indicates embolism.
Pulmonary embolism needs emergency treatment.
