What Is The Normal Post Prandial Blood Sugar Levels? Is 95-140 Normal After Meal?

I am wondering what is the normal blood sugar on a meter I have been checking mine often..After supper 2 hours ago it was 189...yesterday 128 after supper...sometimes changes from 95 to 140 never has been over 150 just wondered if that is normal level after eating?

Hi the post prandial blood sugar normal levels are 90-110.anything more than that is abnormal.your levels are abnormal.consult a endocrinologist and get treated.before that daily exercise .take food in frequent intervals .avoid sweets etc.
