Your report is showing viscosity high and liquefaction prolonged.It may lead to infertility as sperm transport is hindered.sperm count and motility is on lower side of normal.
Cause can be varied. Long duration of abstinence before giving sample may cause high viscosity of semen.Infection is an important cause,get a semen culture .
Maintain hydration, balance your diet. Anti oxidant tablets may help you by reducing oxidant stress.
