What Is The Opinion On Follicular Study Showing Dominant Follicule In An Ovary?

my 14 nthday follicularstudy follows
uterus is anterverted and normal in size measuring 7.5cm longitudinally and 2.7 cm
antero posteriorly with central endometrial canal echo
endometrial thickness is 8mm
no evidence of utrine fibroids
right ovary shows dominant follicule measuring 1.8cm*1,7cm
left ovary shows small follicules.nodominant follicule seen

Present state report is absolutely normal.
You must complete your follicular study.Present status is satisfactory.Follicular study should be done on alternate days to monitor follicles size and endometrium.
At present it is important to monitor follicle growth so that any intervention can be done if needed.
You can plan unprotected intercourse depending upon signs and day of ovulation and maximum chances of pregnancy is between 24-48 hours of ovulation.
