What Is The Pain Under My Left Breast?

Hello Doctor,
My name is Taghrid, I am 49 years old .I am suffer from a back Lumber disc , cervical disc in addition to dorsal degeneration disc and the last one which I suffer from lately started from one week with a tense pain so I went to the doctor and made MRI of dorsal spine which obtain that I have clearly a degenerative disc and I still not received the report so I couldn't tell you the exactly degenerative disc . but what Iam really worried about is my strong pain extend to the left upper side of abdomen so it extended from back to left side till reach to the upper part of the stomach. my medication is 1- "Gupisone tablets 5mg" is 2 tablets for 3times/ day this for 2 days and decrease gradually to twice daily an then once dally . 2- Gabanet 300mg one tablet 3 times/day. 3-Roxonin a tablet every 8 hours and finally 4-sirdalud 2mg 3 times / day . So My question is the pain is reduced slowly and I am really worried about the extended pain to exactly a line under my left breast with my left shoulder? and is the medicine is fit for the case or I have something else in the spleen or gall bladder !!!!! thank you doctor

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can appreciate your concern, your pain is not due to the spine problem but this is more seems functional in origins, highly tens situation causes diffuse pain in body the intensity of this pain can be reduced by reducing the stress level, taking medicine for this is not that much good idea, instead self counseling could do the best job, hope this information helps, take care, bye.
