What Is The Painful Bump In My Anus With Pus Coming Out? Suggest Remedies

Hi I have had a bump in my anus for a couple of years with no problem. Over the past couple of days I has a little bit of spotting on my loo paper. Last night the bump seems to have grown and it quite painful. I pressed down on it with a piece of loo roll and pus came out, I carried on doing this and its now about half the size it was. What is it and what should I do?

you might had hemorrhoids but what you have now could be an abscess.it will pop by itself and the puss will be excreted,i suggest waiting till its ready and once it discharges you should press it to make sure all the puss is out, then keep it clean and wash the anus regularly with water.if it dose not rupture and the pain increases you might need a nurse or a doctor to incise it manually.
