Hi I have very dry and craked palms and fingers and with lotions they sometimes get a little better and then in a couple of days they are bad again what can I do.?? Nothing seems to ever clear it up completely and I am 72 years old now and have only had the problem the last 2 - 3 years and have tried all kinds of lotions even some prescriptions from my dr. but nothing seems to clear it up???
