hi my sister age is 10 years and her weight is 27 kg and her height is 5 feet. She is suffering from sezering disorder from last 4 years. she used to tegrital 200mg two times a day. After MRI it founds calcific focus in right parietal lobe probably calcified granulama otherwise CT-Scan of the head . I want permanent cure of this desies. thanks

Calcific granuloma would need to be excised for permanent cure.
You need to discuss it with neurosurgeon, since surgical opinion would be considered based on the accessible site, size and seizure frequency.

Hi
any space occupying lesion(SOl) in brain may cause seizure.it has to b diagnosed first by CT/MRI n some other tests whether it is TB or cysticercosis(worm) or any other pathology.after proper diagnosis of the granuloma the curative treatment can b started.till then tegretol wil just help i.controlling her seizures.
Thanks to all for valuable suggestion. Surgery is my last choise. There might me permanent cure for small Calcific granaloma without surgery which is situated parietal lobe of the head. Is there any medicine other then english which may cure this problem.
