What Is The Problem Of Fever With Headache And Rashes All Over The Body In Kids?

My 6 year old daughter had a on and off fever since friday and she s complaining of headache. I gave her tylenol for kids tablet chewable. The fever was gone and a day after rashes all over her body was visible and she s scratching all over, in the head, face, neck, arms , joints,legs and feet. What shall I do, i gave her benadryl 10 ml but not reacting.?

Syrup Cetrizine 4 mg once a day and local application of calamine lotion will be beneficial.
