What Is The Procedure To Treat Pilonidal Cyst?

I had a pilonidal cyst and it popped on its own around this time yesterday. It's not draining anymore but there's still a small bump there. Pain has completely gone away. I'm putting a&d ointment on it just to help with healing. What do I do for that little bump to go away?
